Creationism And Evolution Similarities
Comparing Creationism and Evolution is comparing two completely different subjects. Creationism is a way to explain the origin of life via a historically record kept over thousands of years known as the bible. Evolution is believed to have merged via Charles Darwin’s evolutionary theory On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection that suggests all species are interconnected through natural selection, but does not consider that the similarities between species are not a result of evolution but the result of an all-powerful creator, God. Because of the lack of evidence that supports Evolution, Creationism is the more viable argument.
The evolutionary theory suggests that complex proteins, RNA and DNA, in the form of a living cell, evolved extemporaneously and naturally as a result of random energy. The Second Law of Thermodynamic states that unless increased by external conversion mechanisms, things remain in a state of equilibrium. This law of thermodynamics is observable and has been proven to exist. The evolutionary theory challenges this law contradicting it, but cannot disprove it, as Evolution of this magnitude is not observable. Even under artificially imposed circumstances, the amalgamation of life has not even been remotely approached. Originally considered to be a classification of a sub-human due to their primitive attributes, homo neanderthalensis, are known to be classified full human. Their primitive behaviour assumed to be a connected to a hominin ancestor, is known to be attributed to the absence of proper nutrition and ‘pathological conditions’ (Duane Gish, Ph.D. 1981. Summary of Scientific Evidence for Creation (Part І&ІІ), not as a result of fast natural selection. The fossil record also conveys systematic gaps in the postulated record of evolution. There are no links known between amphibians and reptiles, invertebrates and vertebrates, birds and mammals etc. If these transitions were to occur within a species over the short period of time recognised by evolution, there would be a necessity for major expansions to the gene pool and the addition of other qualities that could not have resulted from mere adaptions. There is evidence of dinosaurs discovered with tissue preserved within their body which, according to the evolution timeline, could not be possible due to the different times dinosaurs and other animals lived.
