Comprehensive Strategic Plan
Evaluate the resources you are using and explain how each is helping you complete this project. Google needs some means such as fund, staff, time, technology, etc. that can be useful to achieve business goals. Sufficient fund is required to assist the implementation of strategic plan. It is necessary to identify and estimate costs related to various activities in strategic plan. Accessibility of sufficient time based on realistic time estimation is another resource that can be motivating factor for the staff to achieve goals of plan. Information technology plays an important role in communication of business objectives and needed actions and elements to all organizational members. Therefore, communication system is also crucial for the firm in the completion of this project. Innovative technological tools are required by the company to implement the strategic plan. Another resource is skilled and knowledgeable staff that is required to perform activities and tasks involved in the strategic plan. Along with this, conduction of training and development programs is also essential for Google to fulfill skill gaps of employees to implement strategic plan successfully (Russell & Russell, 2006). Therefore, these all resources are useful in completing this project in desired manner.

The major key insights such as market position, competition level, growth opportunities, etc. can be identified from organizational and industry analysis reports. All these insights will help to inform comprehensive strategic plan effectively. Knowledge of market position through report will be beneficial for the company to determine marketing activities, research and development efforts and HR practices in strategic plan (Russell & Russell, 2005). Through this insight, strategic plan can be made more effective and implement properly to achieve business objectives.
