The Law of Three or The Three-Fold Law is the belief and principle on which magic is used. This is where the law relates to the use of power and energy, for when used, the power is then returned to the sender, three times the level it was sent out. The Rule of Three (also Three-fold Law or Law of Return) is a religious tenet. It states that whatever energy a person puts out into the world, be it positive or negative, will be returned.
This is a cautionary one. It also, if heeded, keeps individuals from performing negative magic without putting some serious thoughts into the consequences. Some Pagans use a different variant of the Law of Three, but still maintains that it prevents irresponsible behavior. Buddhism, Hinduism and other eastern belief systems, according to scripture believes in karma. They do not operate on a system of three-fold return. They believe that we need to learn the mistakes as many times as we need to in order to learn the lesson.

This is the natural law of "cause and effect". This causes us to exercise great care in all that we do and say and even think. It helps us to take notice it what we do. Encapsulate the ethical beliefs and practice. The good and the bad returns back to a person three times as much. Others say the good or the bad has impact in three major realms of life: spiritual, physical and emotional.
I thought it meant do no harm. It’s not a law at all, because it's inconsistent with the laws of physics that is from a scientific perspective. How we decide to respond to situations can tells us a lot about ourselves, what we give service to and to what we really do believe it. It can be a valuable lesson that can change our lives. What we put out we get back. For every action that we take there is an equal opposite reaction that happens.
