Compare And Contrast The Lorax And The Dark Side Of The American Lawn
Have you ever read a book to your little brother, sister cousin, exedra… well how about The Lorax? Well if you have, did you think about how bad the world was when all the swomee-swans, bar-ba-loots and humming-fish left? That is going to be our world if we don't stop hurting it with pesticides and poisons. I will go more into detail in text from Moths of the Limberlost, The Lorax, and “The Dark Side of the American Lawn.” Moths of the Limberlost is one story that shows the effects of us destroying our world. It talks about how the limberlost was once a big and strong environment but we cut it down and lied down roads. this caused the great limberlost to become a not so great limberlost. It also states that we have broken the beauty. we placed a rode in the middle of a Mona Lisa. although we already did this we can still rebuild the limberlost with what we have left of it.

Suss. many people read it to their children not even thinking that that story is probably going on in their neighborhood. it talks about how the bar-ba-loots are starving because they cut down the trees. this translates to when we cause deforestation we cause other animals to loose their home and food. the story also states that the smoggy skies scared away the swomee-swans and that the gunk filled water destroyed the humming-fishes ponds and streams. this shows that if we polite it will kill many animals making our future look very bad. this all leads to one big point, don't hurt your home or you'll end up
