Career in Finance
There are a lot of areas that able to who was graduated in Finance to work. As we know that, all sectors have their own finance department and that clearly shows that career in Finance is everywhere. Even though, career in Finance not only in Finance department but there includes in other different parts. Below are some areas of career in Finance:
1) Corporate Finance a) Financial Analyst b) Credit Manager c) Cash Manager d) Treasurer e) Benefits officer f) Controller g) Investor relation officer The functions: * Work for a company to help it find money to run the business. * Grow the business. * Make acquisitions. * Plan for firm’s financial future. * Manage any cash on hand. 2) Commercial Banking a) Credit Analyst/ officers b) Loan officer / marketing c) Branch Manager d) Product development e) Card department The functions: * Provides bank services to individual, small business and large organizations. * More people employed in the commercial banking sector than any other part of the financial services industry. 3) Investment Bank * Help companies and government issues securities. * Help investors purchases, security, manage financial asset and trade securities. * Provides financial advice.
4) Financial planners * Must know well in all aspects in finance in order to be good financial planners and can give advice or suggestion to who that has financial problems. 5) Insurance * Determine who to insure, what risk are acceptable, and how much to charge for insurance. 6) Real estate * Real estate
