The company is currently inviting application for the following position to fulfill its immediate requirements:
Position: Executive, Accounts & Finance
Job Location: Factory, Mouchak, Gazipur Major duties & responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly petty cash statement and submit report to Head Office.
2. Ensure all factory bill payment.
3. Check factory wages & overtime sheet and send those to Head Office.
4. Monitor and arrange monthly production report from production department and share it with the department head.
5. Track and arrange monthly man hour consumption report from production department and send it to Head Office.
6. Monitor and collect monthly machine breakdown report from the production department and report it to the department head.
7. Prepare monthly scrap sales report.
8. Collect costing related data from different sources and send it to finance department.
Academic Requirements: Masters in Accounting from any reputed university/ institute. However, preference will be given to the candidates who have partly completed CMA.
Required Experience: The candidate should have 2-3 years working experience in the relevant area in any renowned FMCG company.
Additional Requirements: The candidate should be well conversant with MS OFFICE application, internet browsing, e-mail writing, etc.
Age Limit: Not over 32 years.
