That is why I am continuing on with my education in hopes to one day receive my Master’s degree in Nursing and be able to utilize the knowledge and skills that I build, to educate patients. I still…

I was very fortunate to get hands-on clinical experience here in Internal Medicine and Cardiology for four weeks. Apart from history taking with examination in both outpatient and inpatient settings with the case presentation in morning rounds and regular daily follow-up of patients, I had the chance to observe sleep studies in detail, how we practically look for any abnormality in each stage of sleep really fascinated me. My overall practicum experience was fun and helpful. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to be inside an actual classroom. I go to see and be a part of a week in the life of a teacher and student. I observed meetings, lessons, and student interactions along with teachers. Three days out of the week I got the chance to sit in a team meeting. I thought it was a productive to see how the teachers interacted with one another. They worked together to come up with different ideas on how to teach their lessons. I could tell they all had a good relationship because they joked and freely gave their opinions. I also thought it was a good learning experience to see how my teacher presented her lesson plan with technology. In Today society technology,…
