Cici's Pizza Review Essay
Cici’s Pizza Review

If customers are looking for top quality gourmet food Cici’s Pizza is not the best place for

them to go. Although served in large amounts, it's food is unappetizing, unhealthy, and honestly

not appealing to look at. Most of the customers who visit this establishment have numerous kids

they are trying to feed for cheap or are broke and hungry college kids. Cici's lacks any real

decor or style to make it unique, it's bland food and atmosphere cause it to be very

unremarkable. It seems to be a popular spot to visit with various little league teams for a

congratulatory meal on the weekends or after a game. Since no well off adults in their right

Cheese or a fast food restaurant. The younger kids may be able to have a fine time at

this establishment, but all of the other guests will think of it as a mediocre place to visit for a

quick bite.

The service was surprisingly friendly. When the customers first walk in the door they are

greeted by smiling faces. They do not do much besides ring up their customers and put out

pizza, but they were still very pleasant, seeming out of place compared to the rest of the

restaurant. All of Cici’s Pizza employee's attire were clean, tidy, and free of stains. The

cleanliness on the other hand doesn't seem to be up to par even with its fast food competitors.

Most of the table tops were littered with crumbs or had greasy rings from wet glasses that were

left there. The floors were wet and slippery in many places that were devoid of wet floor signs.

Their bathrooms had multiple clogged toilets and a disgusting odor that seemed to waft through

the bathrooms. Pairing that with a lack of both paper towels and toilet paper for their guests, it's

surprising a restaurant would allow their restrooms to become so unkempt. If the employees

kept the restaurant a bit tidier then they would have considerably better service.

Many of the tables around us had trash and food sitting on them for our entire dining experience. The kitchen at Chili’s was also the dirtiest out of the three restaurants. The restrooms did not have a cleaning chart, but they did have a sign reminding employees to wash their hands. One convenience that we noted was a child’s changing table in the men’s restroom. There were also electronic machines at the table that could be used to pay your bill or to play games. This was very convenient form of customer service allowing customers to leave when ready. Chili’s also offered child seats and coloring books for children. They also had a sign in the restaurant indicating their status as a member of the Woodlands Chamber of Commerce. However, like Applebee's, there was no health certificate posted and our waiter was not aware of any. TGI Friday’s was our final…

This place is impressive! They have around 7 sections or interiors and each section can accommodate more than a dozen axe throwers. When your about to eat in a restaurant and you see something that’s not clean it will make you feel uneasy and disgusted. Cheddar’s hours are from 11am- 10pm on weekdays, which makes them have the time to clean the place. Cheddar’s is the opposite of other restaurants who are open the whole day but still manage to leave their place dirty because they are low on waiters. Everyday, at Cheddar’s employees sweep and mop the floors before dinner time to make it look polished to costumer’s eyes. Also there are other employees that do other tasks like, polishing silverware, which gets rolled in clean…

The service is delightful. The door greeters are usually extra friendly. I have even had a buggy pusher help me put groceries in my car. Sometimes if the buggy guys see you putting groceries in your car, he will come over to you and get the buggy so you don’t have to take it back. This is really helpful for me because I have two kids. The sales associates are so helpful. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or maybe you don’t know what you’re looking for, there are always plenty of sales associates around to help. Even when it’s time to check out, the cashiers are very pleasant.…

Luckily, the worries were set aside once we actually sat at the table. The table itself was very clean without so much as the streaks of the wipe down that most likely happened recently. Unraveling the napkin, which was wrapped around the silverware, revealed a shiny fork, knife, and spoon with no water spots to be found. The cleanliness of the restaurant was surpassed only by the customer service.…

My favorite restaurant to dine at is the Olive Garden located on Siegen Lane. The Olive Garden restaurant is a well-known corporate chain of restaurants that offers a wide variety of dishes. The Olive Garden is a mid-priced, causal restaurant specializing in home cooked Italian food. Olive Garden is a staple nationwide in Italian cuisine, however like any chain; it does come with a few flaws. I must say that I am very impressed and satisfied with the quality and taste of food. A particular visit last month proved to me that Olive Garden lives up to the expectations of its guests.…
