Evaluation of a Restaurant
If you are like most parents, making dinner can become a daunting chore. Take a break from your role as cook and take the family out for a change. In choosing the place that you will take your family to, one faces many considerations. A few things to take into consideration are customer service, value, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Chick-fil-A meets all of these criteria.
Chick-fil-A has an award winning customer service that does not happen without extreme attention to detail. With most fast food restaurants, speed is the top priority, a strategy that produces high volume, but leads to notoriously inconsistent and impersonal interaction with customers. Chick-fil-A is different. Its staff is swift and attentive. Chick-fil-A employees strive to complete orders within 90 seconds in the drive-through window and 60 seconds at the counter. Also, at the end of every transaction at Chick-fil-A you will not simply here “thanks” or “see you later” or “come back” but rather “My Pleasure.” This really makes the customer feel important and special. This does not mean being cheap but getting a good meal that you feel happy about paying. You are satisfied for what you get. Also, not only does Chick-fil-A have the best customer service, they have the best tasting food of any fast food restaurant. For those that are diet conscience, Chick-fil-A is known for their incredible Diet Lemonade and fruits cups available in assorted sizes (with a good selection of fruit in them). For the kids, whole chunks of chicken breast make up the chicken nuggets instead of the reconstituted stuff.
