In case of any discrepancy, communicate to the chairman CPMT-2013 immediately on Fax No. 0512-2570006 or email at support@cpmt2013.org. 2. Candidate shall be present at the Examination Centre 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination, i.e. 8:15 AM. 3. No candidate shall be admitted to the Examination room after the commencement of the examination i.e.after 9:00 AM. 4. No candidate without this downloaded provisional Admit Card shall be allowed to appear in the examination. 5. On completion of the Test, candidate must handover the Answer OMR to the Invigilator. 6. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination room before the Test is over ,without handing over the Answer OMR to the Invigilator. 7. The Candidate must collect candidate’s copy of Answer OMR from the invigilator concerned after the examination is over. 8. The Candidate shall not remove any page(s) from the Test Booklet and if any page(s) is/are found missing form his/her Test Booklet, he/she will be proceeded against and shall be liable for criminal action. 9.
