First, cheerleading can link into being an excellent source of exercise. Exercise through cheerleading can empower the brain to think better with blood pumping through the body (Joshua, 2014). Joshua (2014) and Ball (2012) cite how/why cheerleading can actually help with exercise and health. Important skill are required to engage in cheerleading (Ball, 2012). Cheerleading has turned into more than just an activity, but a nature and an eagerness for more active exercise (Joshua, 2014). Cheerleaders are not in good condition because of the intense workouts every single day, but because of the devoted spry that nearly all athletes lead (Thompson, 2015) Numerous cheerleaders exhaust hours upon their legs/feet every day. Taking two full sport seasons, the dedication and energy required from these young cheerleaders is unbelievable.
