Organizing a employee wellness program might incur some cost at front but it will eventually help the company in enhancing the employee recruitment process and eventually help in retaining their existing employees. Not only does it help in recruitment and retention but it will reduce the previously mentioned 25% extra compensation that the company has been paying to the workers in regard to their compensation
