Case Study: Boone Hall Farms
Boone Hall Farms utilizes fresh ingredients from local sources, such as getting fresh seafood right from the docks. The Market Café serves up famous barbecue, sandwiches, soups, salads and farm meals that come with two sides. Each dish is prepared with care. For example, the meatloaf is house-ground sirloin artfully blended with peppers and onions, then served with a classic brown gravy. A popular sandwich is the Boone Hall Farms special recipe chicken and shrimp salad on brioche bun with tomato and lettuce.

To take advantage of the fresh seafood, give the crab melt a try. This signature homemade crab and pimento sandwich is topped with fried green tomatoes. Be sure to note the daily special too, because it all depends on the sea's bounty

I am writing you in response to your concern regarding a market test of the new 6 oz. cups and multi-pack yogurt carriers that Clover Valley Dairy would like to introduce to our customers. The purpose of the research project will be to see if the new type of packaging for yogurt will be worth the change and if our consumers are accepting of the new change. It will tell us if our new six-cup carrier is effective or not. I feel the new type of carrier should be tested in non-competing areas. However, it should also be tested in our market as well as our competitor’s market. A key part in testing this new…

To me, Everett Family Farms and Love Apple Farm are distinctly different. Everett is bigger and feels more "commercialized" while Love Apple is small but lovely. If I'm to compare these two to the farms we know, I'd say Everett is similar to CASFS but Love Apple is more like Chadwick garden. Everett is an organic farm. In Everett Family Farms, there were many crops we are familiar with, such as garlics, onions and strawberries. On the pricing board of the farm stand, it also shows that the farms have carrots, spinach, lettuce, kale, and chard. They also raise chickens in the farm and sell eggs, which I believe are pasture-raised. The farm manager, Emily, showed us around the beautiful farm to have a good at the cherry blossom intercropping,…
