Caleb Williams-64921 Religion- Lesson One-Chapter One What are two aspects of the world we live in ? light and shadows.
What are the two basic choices we have when confronted with suffering in the world ? to believe we can do something about the situation or we can do nothing.

The Church defines “solidarity” as a constant commitment to the common good which means we are responsible for all.
“ Care for Gods’s creation” includes living in realtionship with all of creation by protecting the health of people and the planet.
The two reasions Christinas are called to care for the enviroment are : it is necessary for the full develpoment of human beings and the enviroment , as a work of God, has a beauty and value in its self.

According to the apostolic letter “ Call to Action “ , Christinas are called to bring about social, political and ecomnomic change for justice. Name and describe the first step in the circle of faith in action. The first step in the circle of faith-in-action is awareness which we perceived the world from Gods’ ponit of view.
The second step is Analysis which is how can it be made as good as Gods intends.
The thrid step is action which is how can we act for justice in ways that make life better.

The values of the world view of Jesus is seeing the world in which love, not selfishness, is the most important.
What is the basis for treating the world with respect? It is to look beyond outer appearances and see goodness. What questions might be asked to determine if a community is living fully ? If a community is living life fully then all human life is being protect and supported, and everyone’s dignity is being respected Social anaylsis is the process of understanding how people’s lives are affected by the relationships that shape the society. On what are good questions based? Good questions are based on love centered awareness of the world.
Realtionship Map is the term used to descibe how our lives are shaped by an intricate web of reationships that connect us directly or indirectly to miilions of other people. Some of the social structions that enable us to eat are business, labor, education and families.
Some observations regarding “Stuctures of Sin” are they can be traced back to personal sin, they are the result of different individuals and selfishness is the basic attitude.
