Because of the precedent hardship that women and minorities had encountered, experienced people continue to be pleased and at will to serving a purpose in life. People are now exercising involvement at the workplace by making an attempt to submitting opinions about office procedures and rules. The voice of women and minorities should be taken notice of and can be done by the exercise of freedom of speech. Discriminating should not be received lightly and all opinions should be recognized. To study women's history will permit people to acknowledge past discrimination and culture difference.
Religious Organizations American culture is comparable to toss salad practices. Although drifted from diverse cultures, similar beliefs and characters have been industrialized through general practices. Individual beliefs and actions will sustain holy and intact. Different culture practicing allows common grounds to be formed. The exposures of diverse cultures will allow a person to produce mutual understanding.
