Abstract
Big-Prog is a small project management consulting company that will oversee moving Fiction Corporation from its primary data center operation to a new headquarters several miles away. You run project instead of the project running you. These are some of the benefits of the project planning. These points need to be considered while planning the project. With this it becomes easy to initiate the project. These points are very important are should be kept in mind while initiating the project. The project initiation consists of the Project Charter and the Project Communication Plan.
Project Charter Project charter is necessary for the initiation of the project. It is defined as a signed document which is formally defined and authorizes the project. This document is considered an agreement of the project which includes the scope of the project, its objective and the constraints; it can be a difficult but is considered healthy for the group of the key stockholders. Without a project charter it becomes very hard to achieve the goals of the project.
