1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Vapiano restaurant has a unique casual atmosphere. Casual atmosphere and innovative way of paying (costumers use a "chip card" to actually request their food and drinks from the bar or pizza, pasta or salad stations) are the major factors that boost recognition and demand on the food and beverage market.

The franchise will be family owned and operated by Anja Oman and Romana Kotnik. Anja as a young entrepreneur and Romana as already experienced manager in the hospitality industry create a perfect match to operate a franchise.

The franchise fee for Vapiano is $45,000, therefore the whole investment needed is $1,179 million in order to meet the requirements for opening and operating a Vapiano

Opening a franchise company has its joys and perils. While the built-in brand recognition is a big plus for a start-up, that brand has not reached the level of some of the largest fast food chains. The franchise brand may not provide the level of support expected from a larger franchise chain. With that said, the combined management experience, and synergy between the goals of the franchisor and the company's goals will lead to the long-term success of our franchise.…
