EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

BIO-MASS GAS:-BMG is the planned manufacturer and seller of biogas cylinder.Company also produces electricity from biogas.

TEAM:-The Company is set up by Mr. Pankaj Singh and his friends Prachi Garg, Pankaj Mishra, Pankhuri Gupta and Renuka Nagar after completing their PGDM.Our Company aims to become a market leader after five years.

PRODUCT:-In starting company will provide Biomass gas cylinder to the customer and in next five years company will produce electricity from biogas.

INDUSTRY:-Earlier government had also promoted the production of biogas. In rural area government motivate village people to produce biogas and used it for electricity because in rural area condition of electricity is so good. India is a agricultural based country so raw material is easily available in rural area by which we can produce biogas. Since liquefied petroleum gas is scarce source of fuel energy so price of LPG cylinder increases day by day and BMG cylinder will fill this gap. The current market size of LPG is .Our competitive advantage is will be, there is no big player in the market which produce and sell biomass gas cylinder.

OPERATIONS:-Our plant will be setup Patna in Bihar. Because raw material is easily available.Labor is also easily available at appropriate wage rate. Land for plant is also available at low price. Government provide loan for business at lower interest and gives subsidies. For next five years government will not charge any type of tax like VAT and corporate tax.

TARGET MARKET:-We are targeting both high income group family as well as low income group people. Our main target consumer is those families which have low income and they

For instance, once the conventional energy price goes down, wood pellets could lose the market rapidly. Therefore, simply taking advantage of the high cost of fossil fuels to take up the market share is not advisable, since the energy price always swings significantly in different business cycles. That being said, LorPel would be able to sustain by distinguish itself from the traditional resources. For example, they only use the by-product of sawmill as the raw material, which in turn makes them a “green-oriented” company. This strategy can add the extra value to the product other than the simple form of energy. Another possible transform in the energy market would be the alternative energy, such as solar, tidal, nuclear, and thermal power. These types of power are not only cost-effective, but they are also environmental-friendly. In front of those products, biofuel can easily lose all of its edge. From the standpoint of LorPel, what they can do to survive is keeping the pace with the latest technology and social trend. They could utilize the financial recourse accumulated through selling wood pellets to develop more advanced alternative energy products. Only in this way can LorPel keep his position secure in the ever-changing…

Biogas or bio-methane can be used as an alternative source of energy produced through oxygen free (anaerobic) digestion of organic matter in which organic material is processed into a liquid effluent and combustible biogas rich in methane. Generally, biogas contains 55% – 80% methane and 20% - 45% carbon dioxide (CO2). Reliant on the source of organic material and the managing of a anaerobic digestion system, small amount of other gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), and water vapor (H2O) may be created. Specifically, the methane component of the biogas will be fit for producing energy. (1) The methane can be utilized to produce heat, electricity, or both. For example, the methane can be used in in a gas engine to produce electricity, heat the digester, or burned in a conventional gas boiler to produce heat for a nearby apartment complex. (3)…

Biomass is the most promising alternative fuel. Agro-waste and agro industrial products have today been recognized as ‘modern’ bio-mass material which can be converted directly into useful forms of energy. Bio-mass has the crucial advantage of being environment friendly. Bagasse is a captive bio-mass. In India, there are 478 sugar mills of varying crushing capacity ranging from a critical period because of over-production, low sugar price, low international market, etc., can enhance revenue by co-generation.…

Collecting biogas from anaerobic digestion of swine manure can benefit the environment by reducing methane emissions (has potential value for equivalent carbon credits or greenhouse gas (GHG) credits), and by providing energy, as biogas is about 60 to 70 percent methane. Methane has an energy value of about 1,000 BTU/SCF1, so biogas can have an energy value of about 600 BTU/SCF.…

    Bio-Conversion

The topic of my research project is on the process of bioconversion which is an alternative energy source. An Alternative energy source is a form of energy derived from a natural source, such as the sun, wind, tides, or in this case waste. Bioconversion is the process that produces energy from the waste products of our society. It is a renewable energy source because as long as there is a society there will be waste. A renewable energy source is any source of energy that can be made out of an item that can be replenished. The waste used in the Bioconversion process is called the biomass. Materials used as biomass can consist of; trees, grains, algae, manure, garbage, sewage, paper, and many others. There are several methods of bioconversion; one way to create energy is by creating a methane digester. The way a methane converter works is it converts the shredded biomass into a gas known as methane. Soon the methane gas is used for heating, power generation or it could be purified and stored for distribution. In recent years many municipalities, which is a type of government on a small or local branch, throughout the United States have begun to make more plants shred and burn more biomass because it solves two major problems the country is facing. One issue is finding a clean alternative to the rapidly depleting fossil fuels and rising energy needs. The second major issue this is helping the United States solve is what to do with the large amounts of trash people make that have no room in filled up landfills or overcrowded city dumps. The average American uses 5 tons of trash every year at this rate the entire state of California could be covered completely covered in trash in just over three years. Another method of bioconversion is a process called, anaerobic digestion. Anaerobic digestion is a type of bioconversion that although is uses a methane digester, it varies because the…
