double drums biomass fired boiler for sale
double drums biomass fired boiler for sale
The biomass fired boiler adopts double drum, monolayer arrangement, compact structure, as well as large heating surfaces which are 10% more than those of same kinds of products, featuring the following advantages such as sufficient output, safe and reliable operation, short construction period, and low installation cost ect.
2. The design of cyclone reburning chamber in furnace decreases dust contained in the flue gas. At the same time, incandescent carbon black particles burns further, enhancing the boiler thermal efficiency, and decreasing gas blackness, as a result, the gas emission concentration meets the requirements of grade A environmental protection area.
3. The grate employs the technology patent of small roller structure, boundary grate and so on, improving the operation reliability of the boiler.
4. Since the adoption of technology patent for the sealed wind chamber and bilateral grate air register, and the application of machining cone seal structure to grate adjusting air eauipment, the sensitivity of the grate is duely improved.
5.Biomass fuel containing sulfur is very low, the problem does not exist desulfurization, heat value in 3600 ~ 5100 kcal / kg, not only can replace the coal and other fuels, and its low price, the boiler operating costs greatly reduced, and fuel oil, gas, compared with electric boiler, the cost decreased by 60%, 40%, 70%.

Sadly there are some disadvantages to biomass. Wood burning is harmful and releases air pollution. Yet that is only one out of five of the resources in biomass. If not properly controlled, the end result gases may be dangerous. A biomass boiler is slightly more expansive than a regular oil boiler. Also the boilers take up more space than any regular old oil…

Waste heat is the thermal energy which is commonly discarded after being created as a byproduct of industrial processes and working machinery of all kinds, including domestic appliances and cars. The recovery of waste heat can be carried out in a number of different ways, but techniques are limited by the need to be cost-effective in order to be commercially viable. One successful example is the waste heat recovery boiler, which can be situated above heat-generating equipment to generate steam that can drive electricity-producing generators.…

During fluidized bed combustion potassium and calcium from biomass ash can react with quartz (SiO2) from the bed sand already at the normal operation temperatures of 700−900 °C, forming a layer of Ca,K-silicate onto the bed particle. The layer becomes thicker in time, and the particle size increases. The layer is sticky, and the bed particles can agglomerate together increasing the bed particle size further. During unsteady operation of the boiler, or on an occasional excursion to high temperature, the whole bed can sinter. The bed agglomeration can be controlled by keeping the bed alkali contents low enough by regularly discharging the bed ash and feeding fresh sand into the bed. The chemistry of fuel ash - bed sand interactions is however complicated. It is usually useful to minimize the quartz contents in the make-up sand. The ash melting point temperatures of woody fuel ashes vary in a wide range. The wide range correlates with variations in ash composition. In general, the higher the fuel alkali and chlorine contents, the lower are the sintering and initial deformation temperatures. Wood ash starts to form agglomerates and to sinter between 900 ºC and 1000 ºC in combustion conditions. Coal and peat ashes are usually trouble free at these temperatures, even if the melting point temperatures are in the same range with biomass fuels. Coal or peat is co-fired with biomass in many multi-fuel fired boilers. The woody biomass ashes are in general much more reactive than the ashes of fossil fuels. Lower reactivity of coal and peat ashes is connected to a composition with mainly quartz and various silicate-based minerals, like aluminium silicates, calcium silicates and alkali silicates, and iron oxides. Calcium and al kali in these minerals are not in free, reactive form like they are in biomass ashes. Accordingly they are quite inert at the conditions of fluidized bed combustion. Even though combustion of woody biomass fuels is more challenging compared to coal…

It is well known that biomass is usually a clean, renewable power, and has now higher thermal value but lower emissions. CO2 emissions can nearly achieve zero emission. The rice hull, cornstalk, coffee ground, cane bagasse along with crop straw all can be employed as biomass fuel, that is alternative fuel of coal, oil or maybe. This can not just bring benefits for the enterprises, but reward the most popular people. Thus, the biomass fired boiler is quite popular lately.…
