EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Business Information System (BIS) holds the promise of improving the quality and safety of vital information of all stakeholders: enterprise, customers, staff and suppliers and to increase the efficiency and profitability of day to day business operation. However, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) like the beauty and spa industry, falls behind other organization in information technology investment and has not fully take advantage of the information revolution.

This is where Morgasmic Communications comes in. We are a team of seven business consultants that specializes in information-based consulting,
