Brian Bond Character Analysis
Going into the military is not an easy choice. People have to stay focused and be alert at all times. There is no room for playing games, that person must be serious. People have to be ready, or else being in the military is not for anybody! Brian Bond, 24, is in the Marine Corps. Currently, he is still serving and is now stationed in Japan. His current rank is Lance Corporal and his occupation is Air Traffic Control. He made his decision at the age of 18 to go into the marines. He realized that it was something he wanted to do.

I think that’s the biggest reason I’m decidedly to get out. The military isn’t a place for free thinking,” Brian admits, “My job has taught me a lot about aviation from the control side and then the regular everyday training teachers you war concepts.” What are some thoughts that can be passed on to people that may want to go into the military? Brian has learned a lot from being in the marines. It has changed him as a person. Brian being in the marines made him think like James Bond. Although he may not continue his ‘adventurous’ life in the said military branch, there can many ideas others can learn about the military. In his opinion, he thinks that there are a lot of advantages the military does, but there are a lot of disadvantages. He has strong opinions for someone with great ideas who want to do something bigger than themselves. People can somewhat find a sense of that in the military, but there is a lot more he or she could be doing outside of it.
Brian states last, “Be absolutely sure. Like I said you kind of have to be a robot to make things easier. Do lots of your own research, not related to a recruiting office. Recruiter are trained and payed to convince people to join and they paint a picture that is probably 30% true and 100% ‘cool.’ Let’s just say they are good at their
