General Description
A system allowing everyone can perform banking activities wherever you want, via internet. Internet banking system enable users process their banking activities such as fund transfer, account inquiry etc.
Users (or Other Information Systems) and Function * Users: Complete their banking activities easily via internet without time wasted in going to bank and reduce the crowd and long queues at bank. * Employees: Focus effectively and efficiently on checking and solving internet banking system. * Bank manager: Be responsible to develop, implement, enhance and support the internet banking services and website presence as well. * Software engineer: Create internet banking system and using Anti-virus to maintain the safety of internet banking system. Prevent internet banking system is hacked by hacker.

Instance
This system is utilised by DBS bank. DBS run internet banking system to let their users’ process banking activities conveniently and quickly.
2. External Description of the Information System
Input
* Software engineer open an internet banking system to perform banking activities via internet. * Users open an account and provide personal information to bank.

Output * A secure and private platform on internet is provided to users for processing any banking activities. * Instant update users account information when users do any transactions or changing information. * Users can enjoy the convenience without suffering in long queue at bank. * Bank general manager use to check how many users use internet banking. * Employees solve problem and give information to users thereby let users know
