Beowulf And Achilles
The differences between Beowulf and Achilles. Achilles only reason going too troy is for one reason, and that’s for himself. He is more of the selfish type and doesn’t care about the Greeks compared to Beowulf. Achilles has one enemy and that is Hector. Hector is his enemy because he killed Patroclus. He killed hector very easily, almost as easy as Beowulf killed Grendel. Achilles main goal is to satisfy himself and not worry about the Greeks. Beowulf is more of a selfless person who cares about the people around him. He wants to help the kingdom as much as humanly possible. He also wants glory for himself but mainly he wants the glory for the Greeks. Beowulf has two enemies the first one in Grendel. Grendel is known has this huge crazy monster.
