Thank you for purchasing a Benson 500 motorcycle from Bike World in Houston, Texas. It has been a pleasure serving you, and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase and our shop.

Our one-year manufacturer’s warranty covers all labor and parts under normal usage. These terms are valid if the Benson 500 motorcycle is used as directed. If the motorcycle is modified in any way, all terms of this warranty will be voided. Our mechanic has examined your motorcycle and determined that 10W30 oil along with leaded gasoline has been used in the motorcycle. The owner's manual states that 2-cycle engine oil and unleaded gasoline must be used for the warranty to be in effect. Therefore, we are sorry to say that we will not be able to cover the repairs you have requested under warranty. …show more content…
