Thesis statement: Air Asia flew 33.8 people in 2012.

Body:

I. More than 1 million of passengers have used the service by Air Asia.

A. The passengers increased to 13 per cent for Air Asia Airplanes in year 2011.

B. The percentages for load factor remain the same since last year.

II. 22 new aircraft was added with Air Asia affiliates.

A. Air Asia’s affiliates include Malaysia AirAsia, Thai AirAsia and Indonesia AirAsia.

B. The increasing of passenger is to add the frequencies to existing routes and the new five routes that already relaunched.

C. Kuala Lumpur (KL)-Lombok, KL-Nanning, KL-Kunming, Kota Kinabalu-Guangzhou and KL-Solo include of the Malaysia Air AirAsia new routes.

III. One of Air Asia affiliates has increased the total number of passengers.

A. For its fleets, five new aircraft have been added.

B. Bangkok-Mandalay, Bangkok-Wuhan and Bangkok-Xian are the group of Thai AirAsia new routes.

Conclusion:

I. The Air Asia Airlines has improved a lot in the way of their services, facilities toward their customers. According to customers review that have flown Air Asia, the service was friendly and efficient, right people with right attitude and training. The female attendants looked stunning in tight fitting red uniforms. The customers were pleasantly surprised when they know that the on-board menu had a good variety of meals for only RM15 and have plenty of drinks and snacks too. In my opinion, the excellent condition of the services where the seats were leather and comfy may resulted the total number of passengers from lower to higher percentage and also will rated as “The Best Airlines”. Most of the people tend to choose Air Asia Airlines and for those that have flown with Air Asia are about to take flight with Air Asia again for their journey than other Airlines such as MAS Airline, Firefly and many
