Being Thankful
Being thankful is one of the most important things in the world. It shows what you appreciate in your life and how you appreciate it. I am thankful for shelter, clean water, and freedom.

Shelter is one of the most important things in anyone's life. It ensures protection from weather and a place to sleep. Shelter can be used as a place to sleep, eat, and work. If someone didn’t have any shelter where would they go to sleep for the night. Homeless people don’t have homes and I’m happy to have my own that I sleep comfortably in every night.

I also love my water that I get. It is so fresh and cold and I can get it whenever I want. Unfortunately there are some people in the world who don’t have the luxury of going to a fridge to get water. Instead, they have to hike miles to get the water they need. And even with that water it could be poisonous. I’m so happy and thankful that I have the luxury of having clean water whenever I want.

It ensures that I can do “anything” I want. If I rebel against the government they will not kill me. If I make fun of the president, I will not be sentenced to death. I some countries this isn’t the case. If someone is found with drugs, they could be killed. If someone rebels against the government they could also be killed. Therefore this is what I’m most thankful for.
Freedom, clean water, and shelter are the things I’m most thankful for. My life is as good as it can get. I thank God for

The Lord is a very generous and loving God. We, as followers and believers of Christ, should be thankful for everything He does. Many people in the world are not thankful for all the things the Lord does for them. They tend to complain about their life and worry about what they do not have rather than think about all the things they are privileged to have. People worry too much about who has the best phone, or car, or house, etc. and they do not focus on what is really important, which is their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. It is very easy to think of all the things we do not have and be unthankful. We can be jealous and covetous. But the hard thing to do is to remember to thank God for everything He has provided for us and for the wonderful life that He has given us.…

Homelessness is a significant social issue. It is a complex issue that places families and individuals at risk for poor long-term outcomes. If everyone was to all come together and help one another out, homelessness would substantially decrease.…
