Being An Art Director Essay
I’ve been interested in being an Art Director for a while now. I have always been interested in what Art Directors did and what they could achieve. I would want to pursue in being a music art director if I had to choose one. Art Directors have many responsibilities and have get put into difficult situations. Also, I haven’t fully decided if I wanted to pursue this career,but I am very interested in what Art directors do.
The Tasks that I would have to do while being an Art Director would have to with business projects. I would have to meet with clients to discuss projects. Also, I would confer with clients about budget. I would also be planning project details with clients and other businesses. Having a strong social life would be a perk of

Many must understand sales and marketing. Also, Art directors need to know and understand the English Language. Also, it’s a perk to understand and take classes over sociology and anthropology. It would be best to take classes over sales and marketing and sociology when in high school.
There is a lot of preparation that goes into being an Art Director. All must have a high school diploma. Also, all need to have at least a bachelor’s degree. Having five years of related work experience is also a requirement to being an Art Director. The requirements are pretty complex with the five years of related work.
There are many high school courses in high school that will help people to become an Art Director. A good class that would help would be Ar History. Also, web page design would be helpful. Another good class would be photography. Most of these classes can be taken in High school and college.
The all around wages for Art Directors are very good. A good place to move to in missouri is either Kansas City or St.Louis. Missouri’s median wage is around $93,670 and for the United States it is around $85,610 per year. In Kansas City the median is around $81,290. For St. Louis the median wage is around $67,800. For most people they try and move to big cities to have a bigger chance at getting better
