The word American can be defined in many forms. In the United States, the word refers to someone or something that comes for the country. The word American has the strongest meaning in the United States, since it describes the nation. In some countries, Americans are people who are from the Western Hemisphere. In the United States, American has a strong meaning. Americans is just not one race, but a mix of races. Being American is more than being a legalized citizen, but rather, making a better society. Many come to the country for the “American Dream”, which refers the ideals of liberty and equality. Americans pursue happiness and personal comfort in this country.
