Behaviourally Based Interview Questions
The behaviourally based type of interview questions are the different ways for the employers to get a brief over view about the employee experiences. The behaviour interview questions are asked to know the employee decision making abilities. These are asked to evaluate the candidate’s behaviours so they can know the candidates potential success. In most interviews the employer focuses on the situational questions. Some of the behaviourally based interview questions for the following positions are as follows:
1. High school principal
a. What programs and projects have you been responsible for implementing at you previous school?
b. Describe any experiences that you had in developing a professional development program.
c. What assessment strategies

3. Factory foreman

4. Chief Medical Resident
