Leadership is an important skill for any person to have in their life. It is a major part of my everyday life and the decisions that I make. I use my own leadership skills to help and to influence the people around myself. High school has been a very good time for me to develop my leadership skills. To me, leadership is leading by example. My years in high school have shown me that the person who builds people up, and shows kindness is more of a leader than someone who commands and controls people.
