Executive summary
This report provides an evaluation and assessment about suitable strategy for the given company. Method of analysis includes sale forecasting, project planning and financial tools support decision-making. Different types of information system are also stated in this report. Results of data analyzed show that the multiplicative model in sale forecasting is the most useful method. In addition, the report also suggests some of the information system tool that fit with the purpose of different department: Accounting, Human resource, Marketing, Planning and Sales. The report also classifies the activity; arrange it in network and Gantt chart. From that, manager can arrange the labor force in an effective way. Finally, the researcher assesses the possibility of two different projects by two financial tools: IRR and NPV.

Introduction
This report was set up in order to provide the knowledge about decision making in a business. In business world, it is essential for manager to set up an operating plan for their company. They need to know where they are aiming to. To do so, they need to know different way of forecasting method. This report provides the information about three main ways to forecast the sale: the additive method, the multiplicative method and the least square method. It illustrates the way to use this method and also suggest which method is efficiency and could give the best forecasting. Besides forecasting, managers also need to know the important of Management Information System (MIS) to business nowadays as well as the different type of information system.
