The barriers and inequities that prevent social justice from being delivered in the movie are, how doctor’s don’t care about the patients as they call them by their sickness not there name and caring more about the money, another barrier and inequity is, if you don’t have money you can’t go to hospital or no health insurance you can’t get the treatments you need. These barriers/inequities in the movie challenge these barriers by patch building a free hospital clinic allow patients to go and be treated for free other than paying an overpriced medical bill.
