2- What would you see as being Bahrain Bay's mission?
Bahrain Bay’s mission is to develop an island into a vibrant metropolitan location and to attract investors around the world. Moreover there goal is to create a long-vision term and a long-term ecinomic success for everyone. By embrasing high development and archtectural standards their goal is to construct one of the world’s most sought after residential, commercial and retail properties.

Bahrain bay's conceptions are very promissing and profitable.Bahrain Bay is a carefully planned mixed use development that is providing significant input into the existing and future economic growth of the country and is set to become one of the Kingdom's leading residential and commercial communities. Abdulmalik explaned that there were many aspects that made Bahrain Bay exceptionally attractive opportunity like the demographic changes within Bahrain, its close proximity to the rapidly growing Estern Providence of Saudi Arabia, and the location within Manama`s prime northern coridor.

3- What is the MIPIM, and why was it important for Bahrain Bay to target its potential customers, investors, developers, and retailers?

I want to tell you something before to explain the meaning of the MIPIM.

Everyone knows that no matter how ambitious the project, effective marketing is essential both to attract investment and to inform the wider public.
Bahrain Bay is no exception and there is a balanced mix of marketing activity designed to reach specific target audiences and market segments whether they are primarily interested in property investment in the Middle East, retail development potential in Bahrain Bay or simply looking for real estate in Bahrain.

MIPIM (Le marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier) is an international property event hosted in Cannes, France each March. It is hosted by Reed MIDEM and advertised as one of the largest real estate shows, including an exhibition
