Courage and Faith: Pillars of Successful Marketing The implementation of a successful marketing program for a product and/or service lies in the idea of having complete faith in the product and/or service, of high quality and functionality, to meet the market's needs and expectations, and to courageously initiate such an endeavor, in spite of the magnitude of challenges that threatens the vitality of the organization. The environment must encourage their employees to have confidence in their abilities to meet the demands of the market, by introducing, or re-innovating, the company's brand image in the consumer's perception. This feeling of confidence in the quality levels of the product and/or service offered by the company will implement that same level of inspirational confidence in the minds of their consumers, thereby making the company's brand image more attractive.
