Is animal research and testing beneficial and a valid way to find cures from diseases in animals and in humans? Sources like the veterinarians at the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) suggest that it is. “The AVMA is a not-for-profit association representing more than 88,000 veterinarians working in private and corporate practice, government, industry, academia, and uniformed services.
