Do you think athletes deserve the amount of money they make ? I do not think athletes are overpaid. Athletes are not overpaid because they dedicate their lives to their sport, have short careers and have chronic health problems. To begin with, athletes dedicate their lives to their sport. According to Mackenzie Carro “Athletes like LeBron James dedicate their lives to their sport- to training to traveling and pushing themselves to the limit.” This shows how dedicated athletes are to their sport.
