In today 's world, everything is in done electronically. From sending Emails between friends, updating statuses to being important to keep a business up and to run. Managers could use technology to keep up with the competitors. In this paper, we will discuss how technology is used and how to determine how much technology is useful or if it is more harmful. We will so be discussing the different methods that will help people come to the conclusion wither it is useful or harmful. By The end of this paper, you will come to the conclusion that this research is necessary to determine if technology is worth using despite the risks.

In a recent survey, 71% of small business owners claim that the computer is the most important piece of equipment. The most important aspect of technology is a company 's need to communicate with its customer and employees as quickly as possible. If your company is spread out over a large area, you are still able to communicate and resolve issues quickly. With the advancement of wireless technology, business does not need to be conducted 9-5 or even within an office setting. Today people can get information on a Smartphone and can conduct business anywhere you can get a wireless internet connection. Business research can help a company decide if they have the proper technology to keep up with their need. The boundaries of technology are limitless as it is constantly conforming to the demands of the company. Businesses can communicate with employees, business partners, and more importantly, the customer in real time. The majority of businesses rely on technology as an essential tool to maximize daily functions. We have concluded that it is imperative for companies to research their business by monitoring processes, collecting data, evaluating the data and reviewing every process to ensure that the company can operate at full capacity.
