Assessment description
Review a given organisation development plan. Analyse the strengths and weaknesses of its organisation development plan, and prepare a written report of your findings.
Procedure
Organisation development plan:
1. Read the organisation development plan (see .e.g. http://www.hmr.nhs.uk/attachments/article/89/od-plan-january13v3.pdf).
2. Compare and contrast the organisation development plan against the criteria for effective organisation development plans, as described in your workbook or other reference materials.
3. Analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation development plan.
4. Complete a written report, detailing a critical analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation development plan determining if it meets the organisation's development needs and objectives.
