The petitioner responded to our request on September 04, 2015 but did not submit the requested divorce decree signed by a judge. The petitioner submits the first page of judgment of dissolution of marriage. Also, the petitioner submits the agreement between Armando Rojas and Juana Rojas which is indicate that their children are free to make a decision to where to reside in the event of both parents moved out of the state of Missouri.
