Have you ever played a game of tennis? Tennis is a sport anyone can play it, young or old. Tennis is not a super common sport in many high schools, but different from many you can play it all your life.
Tennis is a physical and mental game, you are being active and also get to use your mind and use strategies. Yet you get to be physical, it is a good sport if you are unhealthy and need exercise because you can start any age.
