Anthology Project Essay My favorite season ever is spring. I like spring because its never too hot and never too cold. I choose spring as my topic, because it is my favorite and because I love the things about this season. I love how one day it can be warm and beautiful and the next it can be rainy and cool. Spring is like a mystery to me. You never no what it's going to be like. Yes, I know they have weather forecasts but they aren't always one-hundred percent accurate. I also love this season because I spend most of it outdoors and I love the outdoors. From anything to fishing, horseback riding, to playing softball, whatever it is you can catch me outside pretty much everyday outside.
The poems I selected were all about how I feel. I can relate to every single one of the poems I chose. The poem Springing shows that just because its rainy or hot, you always have something to do. The poem Spring Snow shows that at one point you might want the winter to come back, or just a change. The poem Birds Again shows that some people think differently about Spring, some people think it's black and groggy, but I disagree.
I learned that people can all feel completely different about things. I learned how to express how you feel without speaking badly about a poem. I didn't agree with the poem Birds Again because I feel differently about the author's opinion, but it wasn't a bad poem just because I didn't agree. I am happy I got the opportunity to see how different poems can be written and
