This book was possibly the best book I have ever read. Let’s start with out with the characters. These characters were very descriptive and interesting. Kaz Breeker was the main character; he was the leader of the dregs. With his character, he was a well-developed character from the beginning, but his character developed even more through-out the story. He was strong, but you also saw his weak spots, mental breakdowns, dealing with a never healed broken leg, and lash outs. He was someone you were scared of, but you would become best friends with him. He was like fire and ice at the same time.
