Analysis Of Animal Cruelty
In this article, Allison claims that killing animals in these 10 counties is bad. Allison argues that animal cruelty is bad in the Netherlands and that is the number one country in the world that kills animals for love of art. Like today there are a lot of laws to protect the rights of these helpless animals. But it’s very high in Netherlands and Africa than in America. I argue that animal cruelty that happens in America is far the least culled country in the world. I can use this article to show me that there is animal cruelty happening in other countries that are higher in America.

An author Nicholas Kristof, wrote “Animal Cruelty Or The Price Of Dinner?,” published in 2016 in the New York Times, and he argues that while the public are raising a riot about a dog getting abused by his owner, while millions of baby chickens are getting slaughtered everyday for our food and no one seems to care. Kristof starts building his credibility with reputable sources and personal facts, citing from his own research and conventional facts, and successfully discussing his own emotional appeals; however, his attempts to appeal to the readers’ emotions weaken his credibility and ultimately, his argument.…

All animals have rights. Unfortunately, these rights are perceived to be to some degree because of the traditional belief that animals only have instrumental value. According to Tom Regan’s essay Case for Animal Rights, all animals have moral value. If an animal has the ability feel pain, they should have moral consideration. Some are found and rescued given the chance to experience how great life and humans can be; others aren't so lucky. Animal abuse affects us in many ways: it’s bad for our animals; it affects not only the animal but those who witness it. These animal abusers are criminals. To grow as a nation we must fight for these abused animals’ rights. It is up to us to speak for the animals that lack a voice, who will, if we won’t?…

Animal cruelty can be anywhere and done by anyone. Many people think of animals, especially cats and dogs, as disposable. They get a puppy for the children for Christmas only to realize it is a lot of work that the children are not ready for. They forget to feed and water it, don 't take it for walks, and don 't take it outside to use the bathroom. The solution, abandon it or just take it to the humane society. They 'll get another when the kids are older. An animal that is used to being taken care of by humans cannot fend for itself when it is dumped. It slowly starves or gets attacked by other animals. Many people will shoot stray animals with bbs to chase them away from their property. The animal becomes hurt or aggressive…

Because animal cruelty has had such a negative impact policy makers have decided to act in favor of protecting our animals. The Animal Welfare Act (AWA), enacted in 1966, protects animal lives as it argues that they are equally as important as humans. The AWA grants the animal the right to positive quality of life while being used for research purposes. The notion of animal rights is “the idea that some, or all, non-human animals are entitled to the possession of their own lives and that their most basic interests—such as the need to avoid suffering—should be afforded the same consideration as similar interests of human beings” (“Animal rights”). As humans, there are certain laws and securities we are afforded to protect us from harm and experimentation.…
