An Analysis Of The SB 33 System
For the most part, most of us struggle with the lions, tigers and bears of our health and fitness. In search of a platform to build a system for addressing health and fitness, many of us have learned that diets become a permanent challenge. I would simply highly recommend a different approach, with a significant lifestyle change. I created an approach I refer to as the SB 33 system. Not scientific, not put together by a team of doctors, not even documented with any studies of any kind. But, if you haven’t succeeded so far, why not try the SB33? As you know by now, most programs and life style changes will work if you stick to them long enough anyway, right? It is the sticking to it that makes it hard.
This SB -33 program is simply a structure, a path and process that some folks need to help transition the shift of the old ways to the new more structured journey of better health and fitness. The SB 33 System - This is simply applying eight strategies in the next 33 days!

I am offering a few suggestions to improve your physical life. It has been said that “ knowledge is powerful”, and I agree strongly! I also add to that, “The good use of knowledge is powerfully

One of the most easily controlled aspects in my lives is my nutrition and exercise. My physical well-being directly impacts on my life expectancy. I am aware of the value of a well-balanced diet – rich in fruit, and vegetables, low in fat and red meat, the recommended daily allowances for all of these. I can ensure that I follow the advice of medical professionals about what and when to eat and in what quantities. I tend to stick to a no-starch diet, but I believe that that does not provide for a balanced diet, and that I should include starches in limited amounts. I go to a neighbourhood gym five times a week, and spend at least an hour there each time, but I only joined the gym and began morning walks about a year ago. I will continue to attend the gym and can increase the regularity of my walks.…

There are many obstacles that I will have to overcome to accomplish these goals, such as; the temptation to eat un-healthy snacks i.e. candy, chips, sweets and soda. I feel I will be able to overcome these obstacles by planning ahead and making schedules. I will make a monthly calendar that will list what I will be doing that day and at what time. I will start buying healthier foods to keep in the house instead of the normal cookies, chips and soda. I will also start packing a lunch to take to work every day so that I can avoid the temptation of going to a fast food restaurant.…
