Amir's Relationship In The Kite Runner
Throughout the first five chapters we are introduced to many characters, Amir, Hassan, Baba, Ali, Rahim and Assef to just name a few. We are also introduced to some relationships between different characters. We can see a relationship between Amir and Baba, also Amir and Hassan. As well as their personalities, we see that Amir can be timid at times for example when Assef and his friends confront him and Hassan. Although he stands up to him we see how scared he is and ultimately it is Hassan who backs them off. Also, Amir is constantly looking for his father's attention. I think that the relationship between Amir and Baba will a main focal point throughout the duration of this book. The lack of attention that Baba gave Amir was quite noticeable
