All-On-Four Treatment Procedures
After years of not having dental care, I recently discovered that I need to have all my teeth removed due to periodontal disease. I went to a dentist in March for a loose front tooth (now removed and replaced with a flipper) and learned how bad my dental health had gotten. I was devastated to lose the tooth and also learn I need a costly All-on-4 treatment procedure. I say “need” because I am 42 and can’t live the rest of my life with conventional dentures for many reasons.

I have undergone a few All-on-4 consultations and have gotten varied treatment plans and cost. It seems every specialist seems to have to own idea of what is best for my specific treatment. Different examples being offered as been the standard all on 4 protocol, all on 5, all on 6 , and I even had a one zygomatic(R side) recommendation. I have also gotten mixed opinions

I have also taken to much time off work and traveled to far, only to be offered a treatment plan that is completely different than others or simply overpriced. I have spent hundreds of hours researching treatment and don’t want to waste time going over the basic’s and watching other success stories on sales tapes.

In an e tempt to expedite the process of finding the right doctor I purchased one of my costly CT scans so I would be able to get a initial treatment plan and cost. Of course we would meet before proceeding in a treatment plan. I have been informed the highly detailed 3D CT scan is enough to build a preliminary treatment plan and costs associated. I also included a brief health history below.

I have read about Dr. XXXXXXXX and believe he has the knowledge to build a successful and affordable treatment plan. I have attached a compressed file containing my CT scan and the software to view the images. I am able to view it easily on my home computer so I would assume Dr.XXXXXXX will have no issue reading

The practice that assist a therapist in determining a client diagnosis and the proper treatment plan that would resolve the issue surrounding the clinet’s diagnosis is Case Conceptualization and Treatment Planning. The clinet’s treatment plan must be appropriate and relational and this will alow any type of medication and adaptions to be adjusted if needed so that modifications and adaptations can be adjusted as needed (Altman, Briggs, Frankel, Gensler, and Pantone, 2002). The ultimate goal of case conceptualization and treatment planning is to discover complete findings in relation to the client. One approach is Existential Therapy. The human condition is the core focus of Existential Therapy. This type of therapy is a powerful approach that focused on a positive outlook of life and the potential of human beings. These four concerns form the body of existential psychotherapy and make up the the basis in which a therapist conceptualizes a client's problem in order to develop a method of treatment.…

One of the biggest challenges I have faced was moving to America from Pakistan. The transition was difficult; I left childhood memories, family, and close friends behind. However, this portion of my life had a strong influence on the impact I want to have on impoverished populations. Seeing a dentist in Pakistan is a privilege that most of the families couldn’t afford. In those 17 years, it was rare for my family and I to have our teeth professionally cleaned or have a regular dental checkup. Dental insurance did not exist, and everything had to be, and still is, paid for in advance prior to seeing the dentist. Consequently, the majority of the Pakistani population have unsanitary dental hygiene. This sparked my interest in pursuing dentistry as a profession where I can help provide dental care to underserved…
