This referral is being coded as FOUNDED for Neglect: Lack of Supervision/protection with mother, Stephanie Matarese, as the perpetrator, and her daughter, Jenna Matarese, as the victim. Stephanie is unable to safely parent Jenna due to her alcohol abuse and and domestic violence.
