A massive issue that is troubling innumerable people are substance abuse disorders. The initial focus are the United States veteran demographic. The Veterans Administration contributions to health care, is one of the most prominent sources of obtaining substance abuse treatment. Although several programs of substance abuse treatment have been put into order, the direct funding may not have been used for the intended purposes.
