After taking the APA Workbook (Mastering APA Style) Term Paper Familiarization Test I believe that I have identified my strengths and weaknesses. Writing in American Psychological Association format has never been a struggle for me, but that was before I took the test. The test taught me so much editorial information about the APA style that I have never seen or heard before. I’m certain that in the near future I will be much more hesitant in my writing to ensure that I am following the APA rules and guidelines. My test results were 29 out of 40, that’s 73%. I am no professional at writing by any means, but I can get my thoughts and point across. I feel that two challenges that I will encounter while using the APA style would be plagiarism and writing style and format.
