Corporate Compliance programs must meet all federal guideline expectations. The organizations non- compliance reporting policy must be posted where visible to all staff. The staff lounge would be a good place to post it. There should be a policy covering non retaliation towards an individual that reports non-compliance. (Safian, 2010, p. 42)

Once all policies are established and all employees are educated, staff are provided with proper guidelines on how to report non-compliance. Most organizations provide an 1800, toll free number to call. After a report is made, the compliance officer will follow proper steps in investigating the allegations. If a violation is found, it must be handled and proper disciplinary actions must be taken. Ongoing audits should be done to monitor non-compliance and changes should be made to policies, to fix any flaws found. (Safian, 2010, p. 40)
